A natural site for running in superb medium and high mountain landscapes
In the heart of the Haut Pays des Alpes-Maritimes, Haute Vésubie and Valdeblore are distinguished by their particular topography with a profusion of peaks and walls between 1,500 and 3,000 m which intertwine to culminate in Gélas (3,143 m). ).

Trail runners can let themselves go running on these circuits by chaining several sustained climbs and descents according to their form, interspersed with rolling crossings; it will be possible for him to work on the elevation changes over short distances, muscle strengthening in the workshops and to improve his skills in hiking-running on the more marked ascents by criss-crossing valleys, passes and ridges of this exceptional natural and cultural heritage.
